Dr. Steven Rotter is a double board-certified, fellowship-trained surgical dermatologist whose career has been defined by a relentless pursuit of surgical excellence, innovative technique, and deeply personalized patient care. With over three decades of practice spanning Virginia and Florida, he brings a breadth of experience that is extraordinarily rare in a single outpatient setting.
His post-graduate training began at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore, where he completed internship and residency in General Surgery — the foundation that would give his dermatologic work a surgical precision most dermatologists simply do not possess. He then completed his Dermatology Residency and rose to Chief Resident at Johns Hopkins University Hospital, followed by a prestigious Fellowship in Mohs and Dermatologic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania.

Over 24 years, this practice became a regional destination for complex Mohs surgery and advanced reconstructive procedures. In 2023, he brought that same standard of care to South Florida, founding Exclusive Dermatology in West Palm Beach.
